Dr Thai always listens to the full question or concerns first before responding. She actually answers the questions being asked not what she assumes. She is also honest with the answers while providing difficult information gently and clearly.

Dr. Thai - this was our first meeting. She was excellent at listening and addressing my concerns. She provided all the info to ensure I knew what to expect. I really liked her

Dr. Thai is absolutely amazing and a very hard working individual. I work for providence and don't see providers within my employer network. I trust Dr. Thai and know I will be taken care. I drive an hour away to see her when the providence providers are only about 7-9 mins from me. There is a huge difference between the service I experienced at providence and with Dr. Thai. No words can describe how amazing she is. I recommend her for everyone!

Before surgery she answered questions and spoke to me respectfully like a human. I felt safe enough to let her do a hysterectomy for the pain and heavy bledding. I made the mistake by requesting records from Madigan Army medical Center. During all three post op visits she was short and dismissive of all questions and concerns I tried to ask about. I took my husband to 2 of them and he could even tell her demeanor of speaking with me changed. And he was confused and upset as well with her notes on my last visit. She checked my cervical cuff for healing not a mental health questionnaire or urological testing. When I asked how long between annuals after a hysterectomy. She stated I nolonger needed to ever get an annual exam. And all mamagrams are handled by GPS. And to go to gp if i have any issues. Every person I asked said like once a year and one person said 5 years to check for vaginal cancers and masses. She had also suggested I go to a urologist after she did surgery, because it… took 3 minutes to drain my bladder. Which I have been trying to find a female urologist because of being sexually abused as a child and young adult. I don't safe with a male doctor for my private parts. Its taking longer to find a female doctor. She wrote in my chart she now thinks my urological condition that she said was there, and most of my issues are mental illness. She did no medical tests to come to this conclusion. I feel madigans records of diagnostic overshadowing caused her to treat me differently than before she got them. Which is why we left Madigan for private doctors. And I feel I will not be treated with respect for my medical conditions if i stay with St. Joes Medical team. I do have medical ptsd from a Doctor who in 2001 refused a pregnancy test and told me he sterized me. Said i was imagining being late and all pregnancy symptoms. He dismissed me as delusional and mentally ill instead of ordering a simple urine test. I ended up internally bleeding for 14 hours and almost died for a tubal pregnancy. 2 pints of blood and stitches from my belly botton down and being treated and spoken to in the same fashion as she spoke. Left me scared to talk to doctors. So when I have surgery or have to speak to a Doctor that I do not know well I get nervous and fidgety. And when one states that it is all mental illness without proper medical tests or just dismisses what is going on for no reason. I get to relive all those really hard emotions. If she would of just spoken and treated me as she did before the surgery. I would of gave her 5 stars. But she didn't she is biased and it is one of the most disrespectful things a medical doctor can do to anyone. And she has stolen my hope of being treated with good medical care from the hospital network. I feel I now have to start all over again with new Doctors who will not base any medical opinion on her or Madigans opinions only the data in a test result.

Dr. Thai handled my loss at 20 weeks with professionalism and great empathy. She has decades of experience and her skill at D&C is incredible (I can compare, this is my 2nd D&C). She was very generous with her time and spoke to me for several hours in order to answer all of my questions and assist me in making the best decision for my situation. She truly respected the life of my unborn baby and assisted me in after life decisions (cremation). I am very blessed to have had Dr. Renee Thai.

She has been the best doctor I've had yet. Wealth of knowledge and experience. Took the time to listen to my questions and answer them. Delivered two of my four children. They were both high risk pregnancies and vbacs. Dr Thai became a friend as well. So respect her and the work she does.

Dr. Thai was a great doctor. I wanted to attempt a VBAC. She was more than willing to give me a trial. After about 2 days of labor she sat at the bedside and talked to me for a long time explaining the risks and benefits of continuing. I vouched for a C-section after hearing all the risks. Baby was just too big. Dr. Thai was there the whole time. I can't thank her enough. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Thank you Dr. Thai.

I LOVE DR. THAI SHE WAS GREAT AND REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY TWINS I HAD A VERY HEALTHY PREGNANCY (NO PROBLEMS: GES. DIABETES, PRECLAMPSIA, ETC...) BUT I WAS AT MY APPT FOR MY 27 WEEK CHECKUP AND WE SAW I WAS IN PRETERM LABOR. DR. THAI TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME HAD ME RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL AND MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I DELIVERED 4 DAYS LATER AND SHE WAS AT THE HOSPITAL EVERY DAY. I AM SO GREATFUL FOR HER AND THE AUTHORITY SHE TOOK IN MAKING SURE MY BOYS ARRIVED SAFELY.

Dr. Thai is a miracle worker and she doesn't just think of your health only during your present condition her advice and care goes beyond that. I have always developed a keloid after a ceserean. Dr. Thai is the only OB that took the time during my procedure to care for the site of my scar so that in the future I would not keloid. Because of the time and care she took I did not develop a keloid once my scar started to heal. Before the scar was raised, hard, and red (very irritated). I don't know what she did during my surgery but now my scar is flat and the same color as my normal complexion. I am so pleased with the results. I have had 3 c-sections and was very scared because of the risks involved. Dr. Thai delivered my 4th c-section and it was over so fast she really anticipated everything that could possibly go wrong and took really good care of me. I wanted to send her pictures of my scar so that she can see the great work that she did but lost touch with her once we PCS'd to… another military base. I hope she gets to read this because I want to thank her. Thank you Dr. Thai! :)
