Easy check in / polite staff who prepare you calmly and with dignity- MD smiles and greets you with heartfelt happy to see you and concern - open to questions- and waits for an answer!! Follows a procedure to assure that all details are addressed without being hurried Follow up of staff to assure all meds have addressed and next appointment is in place!

Dr. Sloan is an excellent doctor: Very thorough in diagnosing the health issues prior to treatment. He always explains (in simple terms) all options and possible side effects from treatment options. Same with medications that are needed- thorough review of the med’s action as well as possible side effects. The receptionist- kind and speedy. The nursing staff has always been thorough with their pre review prior to Dr Sloan visit.

Previously treated for back issues. Appreciate that Dr Sloan does not immediately jump to surgery. Treatments have worked well for 20 years. Recently tested for neuropathy. Since the symptoms are not having an effect on daily life, Dr Sloan is taking a ‘wait and see’ approach….good with me!

Dr Sloan is an active and caring listener. He gave a thorough discussion, offered excellent explanations and spent as much time as I needed with me. I did not feel rushed. He was referred to me by another professional who said he was a genius in this field. I have not been disappointed and know I’m in good hands.

First time visit; on-line check-in worked okay; wait time in office under 5 minutes; immediate visit from PA; no wait time for X-rays; Dr. Sloan visit wait time about 2-3 minutes; PA, Dr Sloan and his entire staff could not have been more professional, competent or helpful! Thank you!

Dr. Sloan has been taking care of my pain for several years. He is absolutely the best. Listens to my problems and always discusses with me the best way to find a solution . Always professional, kind and courteous . Plus his staff is a pleasure to work with, I always feel well taken care of.

He did a great job of locating my problems and injecting the two places that were hurting. I had put off going in as I was afraid of the injecting. He explained what he was doing and why and I was surprised at how precise he was and I had very little pain from his procedure. I would highly recommend getting the treatment from him.
