I was a patient with Dr Lagerstrom when he practiced with Norton's. He cares, truely cares about the patient. A rare find these days.

Rex has been my physician and the overseer of my healthcare for over 10 years. He's has seen me through some serious health issues during this time and I trust his judgement.

New to Louisville, I had trouble finding a doctor that seem to want to understand my medical care I felt comfortable with. Dr.Langerstrom spent about 30 or so minuets with me and listened to my concerns and wishes. He knew exactly what my problems were and proceeded to do a great job for my health. I am writing this brief note to THANK Dr. Langerstrom for his care and advice along with setting me up with a good supply of diabetic needs. I waited about an hour for him to see me, he spent about 5 minutes in the room, disappeared and I was ushered out by his assistant without having all of my questions answered or even all of my complaints addressed. He should stick with art, the canvas has nothing to say.

Dr. Lagerstrom has gone down hill. He used to be caring and take time with his patients but now seems to be running by the clock, the demands of insurance companies and office politics. The office staff is also very abrupt and rude.

Dr. Lagerstrum ha been my Dr along aime and he always takes time to listem and find my problem. He refers me to others when when there is aneed all of the specialitist are very profesional. A very good and caring Doctor

Hands down the best doctor ever and we have seen a lot of doctors. He 'knows' my history and me as a person but most importantly...his diagnosis is always right! When I can't get into see Rex, I have to see a colleague and I always have to come back for additional care with him (wish they were as accurate as him). We recommend Rex to all friends and everyone loves him. I followed him from Audubon to Jewish...but we stay with him!

Dr. Lagerstrom is a wonderful doctor. He's kind, compassionate and does a great job! I highly recommend him.
