Fixed front tooth filling fell out right away refilled fell out again refilled fell out again so now cost me forget exact amount but like $300 , so now said didnt we talk about a crown I said no she looks at notes doeesnt say anything so now telling me I need a crown .,If it was noted she woud have pointed out look it here in my notes doesnt ,, she should have said from beginng that it was up to me to take a chance filling may work but if doesnt I may need a crown later on should have given me that option of the crown right away then throwing out approx. 300 on a filling that lasted approx, 2 months that was refilled 3 times ,i could have put that toward the crown throwning away 300 down drain went got capped else were
