Dr. Ricardo Antonio Adames, MD

I was saddened by the way he handled a family relative. He dismissed his complaints. I was concerned about the lack of compassion. The front desk stated three times that we had the right to look for another doctor who was willing to address any medical concerns. I visited an urgent care doctor and he saw the condition of the patient. The worst part was the lack of medical care and horrible assessment. The urgent care doctor recommended that switching to another primary care doctor was the best option. I do not recommend Dr. Adame given that he hardly answered my questions and concerns. I was fortunate to find another internist who was able to provide the best medical care.

I am very disappointed in the service i have received at the Dr. Office. I went with him because my family has seen them for many many years and i was sure that he would find what was happening with me. He did. But the matter that his staff took action towards helping me get to the specialist is what has upset me. Their urgency in helping patients is not there. I had to keep calling to see if they had done a what they were told to do by the doctor. Their urgency, compassion for the patient was just not there. Because of this i will be changing my primary care doctor.
