Dr. Ricardo A Cruz, DO

Horrible doctor. Never lets you speak when he asks questions. He has horrible bedside manner. He discharged my father in law from the hospital when my father in law was in tears because of his pain. All he had to say was “I’m puzzled about what is wrong” and “I’ll send you home with pain meds.” That was all. He did not do his job and did not refer him to someone who can. Very disappointing and shocking. The nurse did not even want to help him to the car. He had to stumble out of the hospital alone and in tears. Never will be returning to a hospital he is in. Because clearly the standards are not met. From one being human to another, do not trust this doctor.

He made my family and me want to cry. He ignored our concern. When we asked him questions, he talked to us like we wouldn't understand.

He has no passion for patients
