Doctor was very thorough with explaining everything. Showed concern for my issue

The doctor was good. Then things fell apart.

He always gives me his full attention for as long as my visit takes.

If anything, I am very comfortable with Dr. Pyfrom. I have been seeing him for a while now, and he even saw my son in regards to his hands, and I really appreciate his bedside manner his concern with me as his patient and he explains everything to me where I can understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Pyfrom to anybody.

This highly reviewed doctor had no (read: none) respect for anyones time but his own. After arriving 20 minutes early for my 1500 appointment, completing the requisite paperwork, and sitting in waiting room for two hours, I finally collected some self respect and left at 1700. Why we let such arrogant physician stay in business is beyond me. On my job I sometimes get emergencies that push my calendar. If I know I have other appointments, I call/email/text them to inform them their appointments are pushed back. It's called professionalism. I don't know if he's actually any good as he couldn't descend from his loft to see me. I won't be back. I come from a dance and martial arts community. I know lots of people who've had good experiences with orthopedic surgeons. This guys name never comes up in the conversation. He was a referral from my PCP who I think I'm about to bounce as well.

THIS DOCTOR IS THE SLOWEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER VISITED. YOU ARE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:PM YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU LEAVE BY 5P.M I PERSONALLY HAVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4:PM AND WHEN I LEFT EVERY ONE IN THE FRONT OFFICE HAD GONE HONE AND WHEN I LOOKED AT MY WATCH AGAIN IT WAS 7:PM

Dr. Pyfrom was an amazing doctor, great bed side manner and very helpful in explaining everything. He took his time and went over every possible issue that could occur. However, his office has some of the rudest most unprofessional women I have ever met or spoke with. Every call I made, every visit, every person I spoke with there was actually only 1 helpful professional. His office wait is ridiculous and I feel it's due to the help that he has behind the desks. He should look into getting new smiling faces, people that actually enjoy there job instead of the one's he has sitting there complaining and talking about their personal lives. That's why the wait is so long. I am going to give him an overall rating of 2 but it's not because of him, it's because of his staff.

This was a first time visit and it was almost a 2 hour wait in addition to one staff member not being knowledgeable about some insurance and id card information. After waiting for 1 1/2 and approached the desk to ask how long it would be, the staff member was very rude with her answer. It's unfortunate that my mother did not get to see Dr. Pyfrom him because I understand he is a good doctor. But 2 hours is too long for most seniors to sit and then it was time for lunch and meds so we had to leave. I would have appreciated a heads up from the staff in advance that there may be a wait, especially since a new patient, and then we may have come prepared with food and meds. It's a struggle for elderly to come out and then to come on a very hot and humid day and not able to see the doctor was very disappointing.
