Dr. Aguirre has been my PCP for 7 years and I have never met him. I can never get an appointment and have always seen the PA. I called with a serious injury for an appointment and had to wait 3 weeks to see the PA. I had a follow up appointment with him a few weeks later and called to move it up and was told by the receptionist that she only had one appointment left and could not fill it. The care at this office is great if you can get in. Too many patients and not enough staff.

I walked in, and the waiting room was clean and the over weight receptionist with glasses was glaring at everyone. At first I thought hey everyone has a bad day sometimes, but she was that way the whole time. I even smiled at her, and said hello, but she never broke a smile, nor the nasty glare. What the heck? Then I was called into his office and told the doc would be in soon. An hour and ten minutes later he walked in. Never Again for me. Also NEVER followed up!

Dr Aguirre as well as the entire medical and support staff are exceptional. We left our previous MD due to great indifference. Upon my husbands first visit Dr Aguirre provided several avenues of care. After months of incessent pain my husband began the process of testing and healing. Dr Aguirre is the most respected PCP in this community!! We thank God each and every day for this competent and compassionate practise!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Aguirre since his office has been in practice. His time spent with me during any visit has been 15-20 minutes of "true" care, without any hurry as though I was just another number to get me in and out. His diagnosis have always been 100%, as well as his course of care. I rate him high on experience for general practice!

Have had only good experiences with Dr. Aguirre. His staff however is another story. I almost Over dosed last year and called for help. The nurse whom I talked to did absolutely nothing. They thought I had only ingested one kind of med. when I had really had 4 different ones in large dosages. I really should of called 911 instead! Luckily I passed out faced down and vomited that way and not choked if I had landed on my back! I think it was a joke to them. It is a small town and everyone knows everyone else's business. I felt like it should of been a priority to get me help. The office is very close to my house. At least they could of checked on me! Thank God my body did what it would of did if I had been hospitalized! I did report this nurse to the Doctor and hopefully he relayed the message.
