I WILL NEVER EVER attempt to use this facility again. Today while calling to inform them of a wreck that had me in sitting traffic - commuting from Atlanta to Hiram with rainy weather means unfortunately there are a lot of wrecks. When I called to see if it was acceptable to be late or if I should reschedule their staff member Lindsey was SO rude to me! She made false claims That I had cancelled appointments with them before (news check- I’m a new patient- first time visit my dear) I’m spreading the word of how I was treated and will rally against this. No one deserves to be spoken to the way I was today. I’ll be pursuing every review site possible. Patient care goes beyond doctor, it includes your staff and yours is not quality

I have been a patient for 14 years and do not mind driving from Douglasville to Hiram because he is an excellent doctor. His diagnosis have always been correct and I trust his advice completely. He has an excellent way of putting me at ease and will spend as much time with me as needed. He is always friendly and concerned about my health. All of his staff is courteous and very friendly. They always put me at ease. I love this doctor and his staff.

Unscrupulous. Will order test but won't give a letter for procedure. I'll take it up with the insurance company and maybe AMA. This balding piece of lard needs to take a look at himself

I find this Dr. helpful but diagnosing can be a problem does not review past records or ask patient questions.

Needed new PCP due to insurance change. Unfortunately I require care of multiple physicians, have seen many & have had all kinds of experiences. I was pleased upon first call to reach a live courteous & professional person who confirmed an appt within just a couple business days. When I called again with a pre-appt question I immediately got an answer. Looking forward to my appt tomorrow & will share additional info.

Dr Breckwoldt is an excellent primary care physician who takes the time to know you as a person as well as a patient. His staff is also competent and courteous. Waiting times are minimal. I like the fact that he is the main physician watching out for my health versus having many separate doctors.

Dr. Breckwaldt is the best. He listens to us, and discusses the best course of treatment. My husband (like most men) hates going to the doctor.But,he will see Dr. Breckwaldt w/o any gripeing. The office staff is very professional, and personable. We will stay with this doctor, period.

Most unprofessional office I have ever been to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Breckwoldt for about 12 years. Like no other professional, his relationship with me has been the best. His staff is of the highest professional standards. I would not go to any other doctor for internal medicine.
