Dr. Richard A Chiarello, MD

We have a 4 year old that takes special treatment, we love this Dr.

When my son was born dr chierello , came to see leven that day and has been his dr ever since .. My son is now 6 , my older children love him as well , very few dr get too know theirs patients !! I wish I could give this man 20 stars

Our sons are 20 and 17. Dr. Chiarello is their doctor since they were born. I have peace of mind and never want to change the doctor for these 20 years. Both of my sons are in college and they still go back to see him when they come home during the break for annual check up. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about Dr. Chiarello and the staff.

He wasn't very informative he wouldn't give me the time of day he was very impatient he was in a rush to get me out of the office he wouldn't answer any questions

Establishment was dirty and pretty ghetto. Staff was rude and gave condisening smiles as if any questions we may have where a inconvenience to them. Receptionist rolled her eyes and painfully mustered up a fake smile when she answered my questions. staff left father in waiting room and ignored a attempt at a request to join fiancee and baby for visit. And doctor rushed my fiancee through visit only answering one question she had

Dr. Chiarello is awesome. My daughter loves him and feels comfortable. The nurses are very carrying and kind. Dr. prescribes antibiotics when needed, which is great! The staff dresses up every Oct in costumes and welcomes all their little clients to take pictures. I've been to alot of ns pediatricians and his a great doctor!

The dr. was very condescending and rude. When I tried to explain to my 4 year old what the dr expected from the hearing test, his exact words were Be Quiet Mom. dr chiarello addressed me in a very dismissive manner and failed to ask if there were any other concerns that were not addressed. I did not feel comfortable with this dr and would not recommend him. His staff was very polite though.

We were on medicaid when my daughter was born 5 years ago and had a short list of pediatricians to choose from as it was..We chose Dr. Chiarello and couldnt be happier!!! The staff and doctor have been wonderful from day one! We were treated exactly the same going from medicaid to private insurance, which for me was worrisome possibly getting different care. My family started in Arlington, moved to Garland and then to North Dallas and everytime we have a checkup for my daughter or she is sick I make the drive to see the man I trust and know will help in everyway he can!! You will not be sorry you chose this doctor!!

the doctor was great, but the staff was very rude and unhelpful. they treated us horribly! we will never again see that doctor due to that
