If I could give this practice negative stars I would. I'm reporting this practice to the BBB. Dr. Conen only cares about taking money from people with giving them a horrible experience and dental work to live with. I hope his practice is audited to the utmost extent and Dr. Conen is revoked of his license to practice dentistry. Absolute disgrace to the field of Dentistry and his indecency towards other human beings. I'm cutting all ties and wish I never went to get any work done. Now I have to live with physical pain due to Dr. Conen's negligence. Horrible experience in the span of a year. Avoid this Dentist at all costs. There are so many better caring professional Dentists out there. I had a molar filling completely done improperly. It led me to seek a second opinion from a more professional caring Dentist. They confirmed, X-rays, the filling was a horrible job done by Dr. Conen. Later the same molar required a crown. There was absolutely no temperature sensitivity but… now there is to cold. It is been months since the crown. It is not a case requiring a root canal. I've obtained a second opinion, with X-rays, proving that the crown was made poorly. It exposes my dentin leading to the sensitivity that was never there before. Plus the crown wasn't made smoothly. There is a fault in part on the lab which made the crown but ultimately Dr. Conen needs to take the responsibility. I'm severing all ties with this family Dentist. Too many poorly done procedures while he earns his money. I don't wish him any good health in the days to follow for him and/or his family. Do your job right, quit or get fired. I've given this human being too many chances. Good riddance, hopefully we never meet again in another life.
