Staff slow to order tests. Weeks.

Was told I needed a variety of tests to look for a very scary possible source of my migraines. Office staff won't fax the orders. Give suspect reasons it hasn't been done and then still don't do it. Weeks.

Dr Diethelm and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. He takes his time and is very thorough. I have been a patient for over a decade. I’ve never had a bad experience. I recommend them to everyone.

I could not even put in words what he has done for me I'm not one to say I can't take it any more but the head pain I could not I had already prayed for god to take me I was ready to give up I did not understand botox for pain it changed my life about the third time of having the shots I felt great I will never for get the kindness and care dr diethelm showed first I my saver Jesus Christ and second dr diet helm and his staff

My Family DR. thought I was in the beginning stages of Parkinson's disease an made an appointment with Dr. Diethelm who, after a thorough examination verified I did have Parkinson's and explained there was no known cure. He sat down and explained what could possibly in the future gave e medication and some exercises to do. he did not seem to be in a hurry and answered all my questions. I have been seeing him ever 6 months for 5 five years an am very pleased. He has always been smiling and is very kind to me/. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

best doctor i have ever had in my 75 years of going to doctors. he has restored my opinion of doctors. he really listens to you and is great when it comes to explaining your condition to you and/or to family members. i can't say enough about him and his staff. i have had to switch doctors before because of negative staff but not his. they were very nice and helpful.
