Dr. Richard Eden, MD

First male OB I’ve seen and was very hesitant. He made sure I was comfortable and he was very knowledgeable & respectful my entire pregnancy. During labor and delivery he was AWESOME. I was so scared and nervous, as this was my first and he really helped make everything easier. He, as well as his resident, Dr Luke Archer were able to make a quick decision, that I’m very sure saved my baby. I cannot thank Dr. Eden enough for how amazing he was in such a serious moment.

I had to go over to Dr.Eden’s office in springfield on June 20th for an ultrasound then to see him and he was in Jacksonville on that Monday but the ultrasound was done over there His Nurse Allison was very kind and caring and easy for me to talk to and I explained it to her and she talked to him then when Dr.Eden came in he explained everything and said that he was going to keep a close watch on everything he was also very kind and caring he listened and reassured me it was all okay I Highly appreciate and recommended him and his staff. I consider myself lucky to be his patient because my previous gynecologist was plain bad. I'm going through perimenopause, and he is knowledgeable, professional, and, above all, his treatments are effective.

he doesn't even ask your consent or tell you that he will be performing a painful procedure. I won't be back!

His partners Tamie, Putman, whoever are all just about themselves and walk in when you have your legs open. Don't even knock. He forgets to do the Doppler and he doesn't listen to you and thinks all in his head and never listens to you. He's really just there for the paycheck. And his wife looks like she could eat him.

Worst dr I have ever been to see! Impatient and rude!!

Dr. Eden is very intuitive and in depth in his treatment during pregnancy. He is straight to the point when a problem is encountered and proactive in determining ways to help.

EXCELLENT! Thorough, kind, well spoken. I was new to Springfield and needed to find a new Ob/Gyn. Couldn't be happier. Staff was highly professional and amazingly I did NOT have to wait.
