Dr. Richard Philip Gannaway, MD

I waited 2 hours beyond my appointment time and did not see a doctor. All that was accomplished was that they quickly took my copay when I arrived. I told them I had to leave after the 2 hour wait and would like to reschedule when they ran closer to schedule. The receptionist explained that it was that way every day. When I spoke to the office manager she was very pompous and arrogant and would not allow me to finish a sentence before telling me it was fine with her if I left, but that every doctor in town was the same way and for me to get used to it. That has proven to be very untrue.

I hate waiting for doctors who over schedule. I had an appointment for 3:40 p.m. and did not get seen until after 5 o'clock. I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable. My time is just as important as Dr. Gunaway's.

Front office staff is not courteous, but back office staff are excellent
