Dr. Harvey is humane, funny and very patient. He has been my physiatrist over 20 years. What I appreciate most about him is that he looks at/into me as as well as my disability.

Richard Harvey is the most unprofessional doctor I've encountered. He is completely unaware of the condition of his patients and frankly does not care. His incompetence puts the recovery and health of his patients at a very high risk. It's very disappointing and frightening that individuals such as him are able to be called doctors.

Dr. Harvey is a discredit to the RIC organization. He offers little in terms of hope and healing. While I had confidence in his medical abilities, his lack of interest in rehabilitating my husband was appalling. Dr. Harvey has no compassion towards stroke victims and their families. Had he provided any recommendation at all in how to proceed in rehab to achieve the best possible outcome, i could have tolerated the arrogance. But his dispassion for patient care and lack of interest is inexcusable. Thankfully there are superior choices out there in terms of physiatrists .
