Dr. Richard H. Johnigan IIi, MD

I had a thyroidectomy and Dr Johnigan was the first Dr. in a long time that took the time to explain things and answer questions about the procedure. The surgery went smoothly with a great result.

Dr. Johnigan was great. He had some of the best reviews online, so we drive 2.5 hours to see him. Our son loved him, and thought he was funny. He performed a Tonsillectomy in 30 minutes and within an hour my son was released. Every nurse, greeter, cafeteria worker, and staff member we came into contact with while waiting at the hospital had RAVE reviews about Dr. Johnigan. They all said he was excellent and we think so too! He's very laid back and seems to know his craft well. Looking forward to our recovery that starts today at home.

he was very highly recommended by another doctor and I have been with our kids and for myself at the Webster practice. He does not jump trying to operate right away but instead lays out all the options. Leaving his practice we always had all answers and he is a great surgeon too

I feel very comfortable with him. I don't feel rushed. He has helped me immensely after my neck surgery, by explaining and following up with my numerous ENT issues as a result of my surgery. He has been a great resource for answering all of my questions. I have already referred several friends and family to him since my 1st visit a few months ago.

Dr. Johnigan is one of a kind. There are still doctors out there that care. My son whom is 2 years old had a huge abscess on the side of his neck. Which had been forming there for quite some time. He had went to Clear Lake Regional a week prior due to being sick, no one caught it then. Then the following week when it was visible, and he could not move his neck, he had to move his whole body instead, but the ER discharged him with antibiotics (found out later that antibiotics would not have gotten rid of the abscess, it was to big and he was to young). And a follow up visit was scheduled with an ENT specialist whom was not Dr. Johnigan. I did not feel comfortable leaving me baby like that all weekend, so I went downtown and got a second opinion. They blew him off as well. Monday arrived and the ENT specialist that they had scheduled a follow up with would not see my son due to his insurance. So I went back to the ER. Almost to be discharged for the 4th time with no answers, we finally… found Dr. Johnigan. He would perform the surgery. He is very confident and what he does and answers all of your questions with a straight forward answer. Which I prefer in something as serious as having neck surgery. He squeezed my son into his busy schedule that day. The hospital itself was incompetent and putting my son through unnecessary pain, I will deal with that later, but Dr. Johnigan saved the day and My son could of not been in better hands. Our surgery was delayed a few times due to his prior engagements, but even the nurses at the hospital said that they would be patient and wait for him. That he is one of the best surgeons there. Apparently he has a very good reputation and that is exactly what I needed to hear to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnigan. He is not only professional and honest but also caring.

Dr. Johnigan is a very professional and caring physician . He has enabled me to feel better than I have in along time. He performed sinus surgery for me on 2012. I have never been better. Don't know what I would do without him. I appreciate him not only as a physician, also as a person.

Dr. Johigan has always been wonderful with me and my faimly. My girls love going to see him, he always makes them laugh and it doesnt feel like we are at the doctors office.
