Dr. Richard Morton Levin, MD

Dr Levin was the nicest big cut up. The nurses were very nice no one was rude to me everything was explained to me thoroughly. Things were done a little slower than I'm used to but that was fine it just showed me they wanted everything to be right

The hotel was amazing I got to the hospital the day of the procedure. The hospital equipment is outdated. The nurse took my info and told me I had to take 2 gabapentins 2 tramadols 2 Tylenol #3 and methadone she said it’s pain medications for after the surgery. She told me if you don’t take you will not have the procedure. I took the medications with in min I told my husband I see two of you I passed out. I remember vaguely the surgical room I remember waking up to the nurse giving me a sturnum rub really had The nurse told me I had to get in the wheelchair before my husband could come in I tried getting up to get in the nurse went a transferred me I was so happy when I saw my husband We went back to the hotel room We saw Dr Levin and a lady nurse The nurse was horrible very bad bedside manners I’ve ever seen and I am a NURSE Dr Levin was as bad but not very good bed side manners. I couldn’t believe the service The I get home take off the steri strips and my Incision opens no sutures… staples we’re placed. I don’t think this is a safe place to go for any procedure.

He only repaired one tube. I went back a year later for hsg and it said I had a blunted ovarian end. He tells me it’s an over read and it had to have always been that way. Wouldn’t he have noticed that during surgery? Never got pregnant after my reversal. I quit trying to contact him. Went for ivf . He wanted me to let him know how that went so he could claim that pregnancy as a statistic for himself. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere

My strong recommendation is to go elsewhere. I didn’t research well enough beforehand.

Dr. Levin is the best in his field according to Mike and Candy Kerr. He knows what hes doing, has great bedside manners and works with his patients very well.

I had an amazing experience! My surgery was 6 weeks ago. And everything went smoothly! Everything from the hotel, the hospital staff, and nurses were great. I couldn't thank Dr.levin enough for giving me the opportunity to have another baby!

I planned surgery with dr levin and scheduled surgery for 3 weeks away. He was paid in full and took off work for 4 weeks. He refused to do pre op appt so worried me about him doing surgery. His office staff Linda always busy and disorganized. Finally everything was confirmed and upon arriving to surgery center I was prepped for surgery and still no pre op consult. I was put in surgery area and finally dr levin came in room. He called me “white liar B” and cancelled my surgery. He said I didn’t tell him I had previous huge scar from past surgery. He frauded me and refused to give refund. I gave him history and physical and he tried to lie and say he didn’t know scar was big. It was regular previous abdomen and c sect scars. Nothing big in my mind. Hide completely by bikini. He is Just trying to steal money. Why he makes wire money. Then he sent me threatening emails and cussed me. Called me names. So unprofessional and definite not worth trust and money. I am nice and he made me cry… on surgery room stretcher. Called me fat. Be aware of this md

To keep it simple, Dr. Levin got the job done and I had two beautiful kids after the reversal. Dr. Levin unfortunately had somewhat of a bad “bedside manner.”

I boarded a plane & had my reversal done by Dr Levine after all Doctors in my area turned me down. My tubes were cut, catarized & tied so I had little left to work with but Dr Levine was still willing to help us. He was honest about our chances & he was very professional. I did my follow up with him via phone and my local obgyn so my after care was great. Eight months after my procedure, I became pregnant! Our miracle baby boy is now 12 years old. I highly recommend this doctor but keep in mind that if you live in a state other than KY, you too are responsible to seek out after care through your own doctor(s).

Dr levin may be considered one of the best but there are others and that’s who I would use. Never in my life have I seen a dr be so rude, hurtful, disrespectful, and just vile to potential patients or patients. A dr that brings politics into the work place can’t be trust to have your best interest at heart.
