Dr. Richard Weaver Livingston, MD

He had been my Dr for 17 years. He takes time to listen and figure out what’s going on not in rush as other Drs are. You can email him questions and he responds back fast with instructions on what to do. I was really sick & he was on Hawaii on business trip. I saw another Dr there who was covering and he actually called me from Hawaii to follow up. He’s compassionate and honestly the best Dr I have even been to.

He is thorough and he listens to what you have to say, he doesnt rush you out the door. Wait times are long but you can expect that if you want quality care.

Does not rush out of room in 2-3 minutes, takes his time listening to his pt's

While Dr. Livingston is a good doctor, waiting an average of 2.5 hours (even for an alleged first of the day appointment) and sometimes more is not tolerable. We will be changing to another physician.

There are two kinds of care, you can get quality care or you can get quantity care. Dr. Livingston gives you high quality care. He makes sure that he gets to know you as a person not a file number. He and his staff follow up with labs and medicines. If I could nominate him for a award for his hard work I would.

I guess I have been seeing him approximagtely 8 or 9 years, Dr. Livingston gives his patients the desired times needed. Never once have I been rushed through as I have in the past with other doctors. This Man personally cares for his patients and is not afraid to call and or follow up with an e-mail to ensure everything is okay with you. Best of the Best.

Dr. Livingston is the most caring Doctor I have ever had. When I moved to GA. I called his office and was able to get a appointment right away. My first experience with him was a pleasant one. I knew from that time that I was in good hands. Dr. Livingston directed me to my GI doctor and took care of all my other health care needs. When ever I had a problem I called I was always able to get a appointment and get the care I needed. Dr. Livingston was the only doctor I have ever had that gave me a e-mail address for any concerns I had and always welcomed me to write to him. I would highly recommend Dr. Livingston to anyone. My family has been going to Center for Primary Care-Evans since 1995. There is a caring feeling as you go to the front desk as well as to see the Physicians.Our personal favorite is Dr. Richard Livingston, Jr. MD, the most caring Doctor that we have ever had the privilege of be treated by. Dr. Livingston is very knowledgeable and keeps up on all the new medications and procedures, give him a challenge that other Doctors cannot find the answer he WILL find the answer. By the way, Dr. Livingston takes time with his patience, you are not in his office 2-5 minutes, he listens to you, and when Dr. Livingston is seeing you, nothing else matters until he has all your questions answered. You can get a Doctor that stays on schedule, and in and out in a few minutes, that is not for me. I will wait, and wait if I have to for Dr. Livingston, as I know he is taking care of his other patients as he takes care of me. Due to the restricted time off in the job market, they have extended hours, and if… you are a patient there, they have Saturday hours at the Center for Primary Care across from Doctors Hospital.
