I have several health issues, and Dr. Penly is on top of every problem, working closely with the specialists I work with. That gives me a huge sense of comfort.

Dr. Penly has been the Primary Care Dr. for my wife and I for ten years now. I cannot recommend him more highly than I do. If they had six stars, he would get them. He is knowledgeable and spends an unusul amount of time with his patients, always willing to answer questions and provide explinations. Despite other comments re his nursing staff, we have never found them to be other than fully professional.

Dr Penly is a great doctor however one nurse and staff are very unprofessional and rude.

Great Dr, however the administration staff is extremely difficult to work with and if accounting issues arise, they are very quick to dismiss you as a patient. There is no room for negotiations with them as there is understanding to extraordinary circumstances!

As a registered nurse for 42 years, I have dealt with many physicians. Dr. Penly is my personal doctor and will be as long as he will have me. He is kind, patient, thorough and right on with his diagnoses and treatments. He is also concerned with preventative medicine and keeping track of needed examinations (mammograms, colonoscopies etc.) Recommend him most highly.

DR. Penley was my Dr for over 10 years,I first went to see him in Sebastian when his office was there... I recently moved out of state and I knew it would be near impossible to replace him.. He was always available, had knowledge far beyond a regular GP and has a caring disposition you cannot match.... I would recommend him to anyone, he helped me through all my injuries/ issues.... i would love him 100 stars... His staff is also excellent.
