Dr. Richard Baker Saint

I needed a cystoscopy and was referred to Dr. Richard Saint. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the experience but was very surprised how well the whole procedure went. My discomfort level never exceeded a 1 on a scale of 1-10, Dr. Saint and his assistant, as well as everyone in the office I interacted with, were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Richard Saint without a doubt.

RUINED MY LIFE. HE REMOVED MY PROSTATE AND I NEVER HAD AN ERECTION OF ANY KIND 12 YEARS LATER. TRIED ALL PILLS AND INJECTIONS - NOTHING WORKED. THE HEAD NURSE IN THE OR TOLD ME HE WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO SAY AT THE TIME. I DON'T SUGGEST YOU GO TO HIM. YOU COULD END UP LIKE ME.

Dr Saint and PA Rachel Wilkinson are wonderful, they are dedicated and competent, however their caring kind attitude really set them apart. They always answer my calls for care. I normally see Rachel and am very pleased with her care. Rachels Medical Assistant Latoya is also very professional and considerate. This is a well run caring practice. I previously went to one of the largest Eurology clinics in Tulsa and the difference is amazing, they did nor care if I was suffering or not they put me off till they were good and ready. Big difference.

If establishing and maintaining a solid rapport and bedside manner or qualities that are important to you, as they are with me, please look for another practitioner. I very rarely write reviews, but, in my opinion, the vital qualities mentioned above, this practitioner does not have. I would avoid.

I came to this doctor in good faith for a very serious condition, and although I do think he is intelligent, his ability to establish and maintain rapport, and his bedside manner are qualities that are actually more important to me. If these qualities are important to you, I would look for another urologist

Dr. Saint seemed like a nice guy initially...After he talked me into a surgery I most likely really did not need, I have complete erectile dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. The next day after surgery he didn't even know my name, the next week at the office he didn't review chart and didn't know my name or what surgery he performed the week before. He offered no help in recovery of erectile function and nothing for urinary problems. 3 surgeries later I have control of my bladder no thanks to Saint. I would not send my worse enemy to this guy!

Saint made a mistake......maybe a good doctor but it was not good for me.

Does not spend enough explaining issues when asked questions.

never tell them you can hold or you sill hold for an hour

I simply feel that Dr. Saint has a rather poor rapport, and only spent 8min with me.
