Very nice and caring doctor

When my family & I started going to him as our Family Physician years ago when they were still with Baptist/St Vincents , things ran smoothly, appointments, exams, etc. Up until about a year ago with system changes, Hours were short, Staff became RUDE, Disrespectful to any of me or my sons needs, Even my specialists whom asked their office for records could not believe how the staff spoke to them or were baffled as to how to handle them. The office is either understaffed, waiting is at least 45 minutes. You explain your concerns, medical issues and nothing happens for WEEKS. After even having my OB/GYN & Radiologist try to get them to assist in my medical care, the physician assistant, Referral specialist & Receptionist were all Un-Willing to even assist another doctors office so that I was able to get any treatment unless I went to Emergency Room. This went on for Months. I would cry and ask for the Doctor to please contact me. They would hang up or doctor would Never Call! Having… my new PCM request medical records has been horrible, I really think they throw away papers, faxes and just ignore people whom they have to much work to do for since they have limited days & hours of service anyways and Patients are getting cheated out of proper care.

I really like Dr. Wetmore and his staff. They are all very nice. All the reviews I read are true. He is what the reviews say about him. Professional, kind, compassionate, spends time with you and really seems to care. His staff is very nice, too. I am glad that I chose him as my physician in Jacksonville.

I started going to Dr. Wetmore because he was my parents doctor. They both seemed to like him a lot and that says a lot they are picky people when it comes to their health. Dr. Wetmore actually diagnosed and removed a couple of things from my mother. I decided to go to him for myself after that and the staff is wonderful,and the wait is never that long. Dr. Wetmore enters the room and you know that he is in that room for you and only you

Although you may spend some time waiting, he makes you feel like his only patient. Dr. Wetmore also offers information and resources to help you keep yourself healthy and feeling well. Sometimes I receive a phone call from Dr. Wetmore's office a few days after visiting to verify that I am feeling better and make sure there were no new symptoms.

Great primary care doctor. You can tell he cares about you as an individual. He never makes you feel silly for coming in about something even if you're not sure it's serious or not.. he still will run the appropriate tests and he genuinely wants to get to the bottom of things.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF HIS SINCE 1993. HE HAS CALLED ME WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM AND HE WAS ON VACATION, HE HAS CALLED ME ON SUNDAY NIGHTS IF I HAD A PROBLEM. HE IS VERY THOROUGH.
