Dr. Richard Sei Oung Yoon, MD

Dr. Yoon is an expert urologist who has an encyclopedic knowledge of his field. He conducts his own lab tests and screenings. There are no nurses or even computers in his office. In fact, his receptionist uses a type writer! Interior-wise, the office has seen better days, but I would go back for his expertise, which is unparalleled. He is truly an old fashioned doctor of yesteryears.

Richard Yoon is conceited without being competent. He had me sign blank medical forms and became belligerent when I asked why. He performs unneeded invasive procedures like cystoscopies and then antiquated treatments for "infections". A real lowlife. Stay as far away from him as possible. He has been implicated in poor practice for over a decade but the medical board does nothing.

Richard Yoon is an arrogant, incompetent, UNprofesional cheat who scams the medical insurance by having every patient sign blank billing forms. He is not to be consulted or trusted.
