Do not go see Daniel Ortiz P.A.. Man can speak spanish, rude and unprofessional. Does not follow LEGAL medical procedures. Send a fax prescription to your pharmacy WITHOUT TELLLING PATIENT WHAT IT IS/WAS/WHY PRESCRIBED AND HOW TO TAKE IT. "The Pharmacist will tell you" Xray staff NOT ON SITE. Was NOT told that it would be a 20 minute wait. While in the exam room, had to use cell phone and call the main number to see what was going to happen next? Went for an injury to RIGHT wrist. P.A. came in (Ortiz) did not even touch wrist. Said "lets get an Xray. Assistant came in with a wrist brack. Put on RIGHT hand and said "you are good to go". I stated that P.A. wanted to get an Xray. NEVER told that I had to wait for a tech to come from home to perform xray. Asked P.A. why I had frequent urniary infections? " you do not know how to clean yourself when you go POOP! "To much sexual intercourse" I am 59 years of age. I know how to shower and use the restroom! Married to same man for 37… years..you figure it out. Went to a PROFESSIONAL neurologist the following day, unsure if I had not done some nerve damage in fall. Neurologist suggested that he wanted the xray and RADIOLOGIST report. Went back to Northside Clinic to get the film. They kindly gave it to me. NO RADIOLIGIST EVER READ THE XRAY!!! The Xray was labeled LEFT PROFILE! The Radiologist stamp a printed form indicating that NO FRACTURES OF THE LEFT WRIST. I injured the RIGHT WRIST. Any human being that looked at this film, As was explained the P.A. Daniel Ortiz, OWNS the building in Yuma and San Luis,Arizona. DR. CLARK WOULD NOT HAVE A CLINIC without the FINANCIAL backing being received from P.A. Ortiz. So any and ALL concerns or complaints would be "dismissed". As a result. I do have a RIGHT RADIAL COLLES FRACTURE, WHICH WAS NOT SEEN, by the P/A or the so called RADIOLOGIST! This clinic just stamps the radiologist name on a report that is print in the office. Obvious by the written report of LEFT PROFILE WRIST! As a result I have chosen to write this lengthy review and tell everyone I know to utilize the P.A. SANCHEZ in San Luis,Az. if you safely have time for the drive. SANCHEZ IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. Kind,considerate and will make ccertain ALL questions are answered and medication prescribed in told to you, how and when to use it. I asked several times for the D.O. Clark to call me as he is busy. It has NOW been a week since this event. The only person who has followed up is P.A. SANCHEZ. I will file a COMPLAINT against this D.O. Clark, and the Radiologist Harold Trief, M.D. of Inter Radiology Group out of Phoenix,Arizona. Will also review the payment made by my insurance company. Refuse to pay for a radioloy reading that was NOT performed. Was humiliated at his remarks concerning my sex life and my poor personal hygiene. This P.A. DANIEL ORTIZ, IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MEDICAL I will make certain that I do all I can to see this poor quality of care and humiliation, does not happen to any other person. May consider a malpractice suit, dependant on discussions with Arizona Medical Review Board and calls to Yuma Regional Board. Please go to P.A. Sanchez or any other facility to receive PROFESSIONAL/CORRECT DIAGNOSIS/EXPLANATION OF ILLNESS/USE OF MEDICATION PRESCRIBED/ WITHOUT HUMILIATION!
