Dr. Rick D Gross, MD

I’ve had 2-3 appts with Dr Gross & each time I’ve been astounded at how poorly the appt went in comparison to other ENTs. If he’d chosen to briefly familiarize himself with my name, and basic medical info from my file, some of his errors wouldn’t have been so obvious. Had he actually listened to me when I gave him information or answers to his few questions, it would have gone better. But he seemed to be bothered by my presence and showed little interest or energy for me and my medical issues. Luckily I knew from previous experience with other doctors to question his diagnosis and treatment as my pharmacist questioned the safety of filling the RX he wrote for me. I chose to get a second opinion that differed greatly from Dr Gross. In my opinion I’d save time and money by scheduling with someone other than Dr Gross. There are other doctors in this office who do read patient files, listen to their patients and are passionate about their practice of medicine. are good at what they do.

Dr. Gross has done 2 different surgeries for me and both have had great results. I enjoy his bed side manner and he is very supportive of the patients wishes. I am a very satisfied current patient. His support staff is wonderful.

Absolutely NO bedside manner to the point of insensitive. I could overlook if he was proficient, however not evaluating my chart ahead of time & misdiagnosis is disgraceful. Unfortunately, he has tainted my experience & I will not be returning to the office.

This guy is weird. He doesn't like eye contact and he completely blew my diagnosis. He is not friendly and I've heard from former surgery patients of his that during surgery he is more of a butcher than a surgeon. Doesn't suprise me when I saw how he was in checkup evaluations.
