The office staff is rude and every appointment was a 2 hour wait every single time! I was going for a 2nd opinion and was told if I did then the Dr would drop me as a patient. That is how unprofessional this Dr and staff are. In my 2 hour wait I requested my medical records and they blatantly refused to supply me or my new Dr my file. This is a violation of the HIPPA Privacy law and they did not care. I opened up a case with the government as 6 months went bye and still no records. This Dr does not care if he violates the law and believes himself to be untouchable. The government has opened a case against him and mandating they send my file to the new Dr. do not see this Dr and read the reviews. He his greedy and takes on more patients than he can handle thus you will wait a minimum of 2 hours for him to violate your rights

I found this dr to be educated but narrow. He listened but did not hear me. Like many Drs, he is removed from his patients realities and more than sure he should be followed blindly. It's typcial - we don't treat the whole person in Western Medicine. Too many don't discuss why or what their tests are for, allow for input from their patients about their questions and concerns, have unrealistic views of patient realities and expect to be followed blindly. When challenged, they get defensive and angry. You are expected to "tow the line" because the doctor knows what's best. We all know better. In more than a few cases, Drs have destroyed lives when unable to own up to their own inadequcies because of poor people skills. If he's totally in charge, then you will get along. If you're proactive; he's not a good fit. Reading below; maybe it is women. I don't know

This doctor is amazing he is straight forward and very kind and really seemed to want to to get to the root of the problem instead of just turning to medications before figuring out what was going on. I fully trust him and will continue to in the future with my care.

He is one of the better doctors I have encountered. He's attentive and solves problems. I respect that and have benefited greatly from his prescriptions.

after spending over a month going to my primary doctor and taking several different prescriptions and nothing worked, I was sent over to Dr. Zalepuga. and after an initial appointment a decided plan was agreed up- I had the procedure and did have a couple of complications (not his doing) but am now on the road to recovery- I would highly recommend him-

He's a complete joke. I've been to him for post gallbladder surgery issues. He threw fits because he had to do tests. He didn't really care and wouldn't even tell me what the results were until I basically had to call five times and get an appointment. When I had multiple people tell me what's going on and I told him, he laughed called me a liar and said that all WOMEN complain of pain when there is no pain! His office couldn't keep their paperwork in order or even with them if their lives depended on it. They would lose files within five minutes of having them. His nurses who set up outside appointments couldn't fill out paperwork right so no test would be done. He is a joke who thinks he is always right and the patient (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WOMAN) is always wrong! If you are told to see him RUN AWAY!!!!

After waiting in the office for an hour i decided to walk out. There was only one other patient called in the whole time i was here and i just sat while no one said a word to me. i'm going to find another place to go especially after reading the reviews about the surgery facility.

He does not seem serious about diagnosing your problem. The surgery is dirty and small. The surgery anesthiseologist is rude and unprofessional. I never saw Dr. Zalepuga until the colonoscopy was over. Another older man was in the surgery room. When I asked where the doctor was, I was told "Elvis is in the house."
