I have reviewed Dr Rajan last year after my procedure (purt) I repeat the Doctor is a professional and the best in his field + compassion

My husband went to him for a vasectomy. I won’t even describe to y’all what went on during the procedure but after going back in three times to be checked his procedure was classified as a “failure.” The only option offered to him was to have it done in the hospital where he could be put under and the dr could “take his time.” Mind you we would have to pay for this all over again. Extremely disappointed..

This guy is a joke. Seriously. Wait times in this office are unreal. Pack a lunch. I went in for stones and was bullied to have a bladder test. Both times I went in he pushed for this. I told him no, I was there for stones.

Since I have seen this doctor only once, I am reserving judgement on the totality of his practice, obviously. But I will make a few points, some, like the first, may seem irrelevant to some. I've seen three different urologists in my lifetime. All require a urine sample to start. This is the first office not to provide a cap for the little plastic cup. What's up with that. Dr. Rajan does have a PA, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of a lot of preliminary stuff before the doctor showed up (I recall waiting about an hour before I was called back.) One thing that annoyed me was the doctor seemed at times to speak to the PA when talking about my condition instead of speaking directly to me. He didn't have a diagnosis for my problem, but advised to come back again in six months. My problem improved, and I never went back. Now I'm awaiting the results of my latest PSA test from my family doctor. If it's not good, I'll likely be returning to Dr. Rajan, based on what my… family doctor advises.

My husband and I have been treated very well in the past. Neither of us have needed his care in recent years, but I will be seeing him again this week. I have no problems with getting seen. I expect the same quality care and am eager to return to him, as with advancing age, his services are definitely needed.

seeing a different doctor , not in Lee County, now wish I had never allowed him to do surgery on me ,follow up did not deserve one star , he instructed me after surgery in four to five months the office would call and give me an appointment date 8 months lather I made the date after one and a half hours of waiting to see him I left and have not or will never be back !. While in office man came in with a not to good insurance plane and the woman told him that he would have to pay up front because of his insurance and he had no choice for they were the only uroligst in this region , I left there region , I stayed over night and the doctor saw me the next day stood at the door while I lay in bed and talked with me about my surgery and appointment ? like I have a desease ?
