Dr. Rita Mukerji, MD

I only met with Dr. Mukerji once, during my initial visit, so I have little knowledge of her medical competency. I do have a lot of experience with attempting to get in to actually see Dr. Mukerji, as her office kept rescheduling my appointments. Each reschedule would add another 4-6 weeks to my wait time until I finally gave up on getting the results of my initial round of tests. After multiple reschedules, the booking staff had no interest in working with me to find an appointment earlier than 4 weeks, even though they were the reason for the multiple reschedules. When I called the last time, I told them I'd have to think about whether I wanted to wait another 4 weeks, and was considering finding another doctor. However, before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off with, "OK, give us a call." Business must be good though, if they're not worried about keeping patients. She may be the best doctor in the world, but I'll never know, because I was only able to see her once… within 6 months. I'm leaving the "Accurate Diagnosis" rating blank, as I was never able to get one.
