Dr. Robbie Jean Wright, MD

I would give her no stars if I could. Absolutely avoid at all costs. I saw her for medication management as a teenager and all she did was sit across from me and with her computer on her lap, asked me questions in the most monotone voice, and never made eye contact with me. She’s by far the coldest provider whom I’ve ever worked with. Also, I told her I was being abused by my parents on a couple occasions and guess what? Nothing was ever done. SHE’S A MANDATED REPORTER AND I WAS A MINOR. Even if I didn’t tell her, I’d expect her to ask more questions based on what I know now to be clear signs of child abuse. Now as an adult myself, I can say I now expect her as the adult/ mental health and medical professional to step in and take action. She has no excuse being that she is seemingly very successful. I don’t envy anyone getting “care” from her at this moment whether that be medication management or therapy. I can’t imagine her doing therapy omg. I hope her patients get the care they… need eventually.

I generally like Dr. Robbie J. Wright

We invested more than 2 years with Dr. Wright, but never felt a connection to her in anyway. She has such a flat affect that I wasn't sure if she really remembered my daughter from visit to visit. We she gave medications, we were told there really shouldn't be any side effects, but my daughter is very drug sensitive and had every side effect in the brochure, even when going off the meds. I would not recommend this doctor and I come from a medical family.

Dr Wright is very professional dedicated responsive and knowledgeable. Her Staff in particular her office manager is deplorable. Failed to send documents despite repeated attempts. Charged me multiple times for a missed appt that was do to a doctor emergency and DR wright having to reschedule. They didn't have the ability to give me a time after I showed up and was not notified prior, I was unable to reschedule right away so when i did they informed me that I had missed an appt and owed for that appt and the one that was rescheduled by Dr Wright. As i had told them I was in process of buying a home the women could produce no evidence other than a vague well somebody left you a voicemail. I never got the vm nor did I feel i should pay for a visit that wasn't confirmed. Her response was to tell me that it was going to be reported to my credit bureau. I asked her to please not do that I would pay it, She said it was too late, Literally waited only two weeks to report me, I then tried… to have ti=he negative item removed which other businesses willingly do and the lady refused, Pretty lousy customer service for a pill factory that charges full price for 15 minute medication coups. I just get my primary doctor to write the scrips and I avoid the whole sordid operation. Good Dr but there are a lot of good Drs in Houston.

Dr. Wright doctor came highly recommended, and I will now recommend her to my family and friends.

This doctor needs to get her office staff and procedures worked out. Absolutely a fiasco when it comes to scheduling patients and the resolution of billing errors. Frequent mistakes made and then patient is billed regardless. The office staff has a rude and antagonistic attitude towards patients and this doctor supports that. Displays an indifferent attitude. Seems more focused on making money than appropriate patient care. I would not recommend . Really bad experiences with the whole process!
