After a car accident in Mar, 2019, I suffered continuous back pain. Three doctors had told me to try physical therapy, and steroid injections but stated eventually I would need back surgery. I tried physical therapy and a steroid injection. Nothing relieved the lower back pain. I was referred to Dr. Missirian. After a couple of months of consultation, tests, dye and temporary steroid injections to find the area affected, and clearance from my primary physician, Dr. Missirian performed surgery on my SI joint. He placed 3 titanium rods on each side of my SI joint. After surgery, I no longer had the back pain; it was surgical pain. The first two days were the worst. After that each day became a little more bearable. A month out of surgery, I only had tenderness at the surgery sites. I was able to sit, stand, and sleep without pain. Dr. Missirian was true to his word. He promised I would no longer suffer pain at my SI joint, and he was correct. I was treated by Dr. Missirian after sustaining an injury to my wrist and elbow from an accident in the gym when a weight machine cable snapped while I was working out. As I sustained nerve damage to my arm and hand as a result of the accident, Dr. Missirian operated on my ulnar nerve. He clearly explained to me what the injury was, what was involved and what he was going to accomplish in the surgery. From talking to him, and listening to him explain things to his staff, his competence and knowledge was clear, and his attention to detail was noticable. He cares. The surgery went well without a hitch and I am recovering now. I strongly recommend Dr. Missirian and his team, his ability, knowledge, and caring shine through.

Very Professional AND friendly. Diagnosed my condition quickly and accurately. Subsequent MRI confirmed his diagnosis. I felt a lot better 1-2 weeks after surgery and fully recovered within 6-8 weeks. Thank you Dr Missirian.
