Dr. Robert Charles Ammlung, MD

I would never recommend MDVIP or Dr. Ammlung to anyone. After several emergency visits, I sought MDVIP thinking if I paid extra, I would get better medical care. Dr. Ammlung seemed nice and had a calm presence, and because I was paying extra for ‘premium’ service, I could not forsee the impending medical neglect that led to permanent harm and disability. He referred me to a GI doctor but never provided my history of acute abdominal pain and serious inflammatory reaction. The GI dr. kept ordering (the wrong) imaging and did not correlate with my history or symptoms, which had disastrous consequences. Dr. Ammlung uses a paper chart, and there were times where I needed documentation to seek help so asked for a note afterwards, which he told me will take him days to ‘prepare’ an electronic note. Apparently this scheme allows him to recreate reality to erase your symptoms from the documented history. I was left with urgent issues for months, an abdominal and a brain issue, traumatized both… physically and emotionally.
