Dr. Robert Fairburn Armstrong, MD

I have been going to Dr Armstrong for about 15 years! I had brain surgery twice and it did help but I still have terrible headaches. I see Dr, Armstrong every three months and this really helps. I can actually live without being on mind numbing drugs, I do suggest this for anyone in deep pain. He will help You! The entire office is very kind and caring!

I saw Dr. Armstrong (mostly his pa's) on and off for approx. 5 yrs. I have a rare form of MS which affects my mood, personality, and oftentimes my judgement memory and foresight is affected. These symptoms present alongside other physical ones when exacerbation occur. I was discharged from his practice for missing and needing to reschedule too many appts. over a period of time..... unfortunately, most of these happened because I forgot to plan appropriately or forgot about other commitments i'd made... a direct result of the symptoms of my MS... which I need a Neuro for. It's unfortunate that such a well credentialed neurologist could manage to eliminate the human element completely by simply looking at numbers (how many appts were missed) and Tyne choosing to dismiss the patient. When seeking to explain my reasons for missing appts (cognitive malfunctioning) ... I was told I couldn't be spoken with as I had been dismissed from the practice and was hung up on.

I spent over 25 years in the Denver, CO area. During that time, I was on various medications for epilepsy. I even had a temporal lobectomy in 1999, and I still had seizures. In 2005, my wife and I moved to North Carolina, and I started seeing Dr. Armstrong. Now, I still see Dr. Armstrong, but it is just to have him 'check in' on me. After seeing Dr. Armstrong for a couple years, I've been seizure-free!

Overall Dr.Armstrong and his staff are very good. They listen to you, are very professional and prompt to responding to your calls.I highly recommend him and he really cares about improving his patients quality of living. Very passionate!!!
