Dr. Robert Steven Berger, MD

Dr. Berger is a straight thief. Unfortunately did not see his reputation after my wife selected him. Son had a cyst on his arm. They told us only required one appt. Cyst was benign had to even call to find that out. Extremely poor job cleaning it out and they wanted us schedule another appt. Initially they said one appt and after they did such a poor job they wanted to schedule another so they could charge us again.

Dr Burger is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions, I love the staff they are very courteous.

Have been a patient for many years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have always requested to see Dr. Berger and never had a problem.

I went to see Dr Berger for discoloration above my elbows. I went twice and I felt like he was just pushing his office products on me which insurance does not cover. I didn't understand why he never gave me the option to get prescriptions instead. The office products are very expensive and did not work. I feel like this office is just into making money. I felt rushed with the office visit and I felt like my concerns weren't met. I still have the discoloration and I refuse to go back to that office. I don't need any more of his office products.

Went to this practice for routine skin exam. Front office rushes you through (like assembly line comment). Seems like a race to get you through office. Dr. seemed very rushed. Big red flag. Just after bottom line and don't care about patients. Called back office for another appt. Girl again rushes me through. I changed doctors.

Doctor looks tired all the time and is not happy to answer questions, which he should welcome since he's the one with the knowledge. Talks too fast and expects you to follow like it's a test of smarts. Not a pleasant person and no sense of humor, even if he does manage to make a joke it's completely rude and dry. I suggest he not joke because he's not that funny. Won't go back.
