Dr Brabender and his staff are always quick, attentive and friendly. I feel heard during my visits and have any questions answered thoroughly and kindly.

After a fall my elderly mother was told she needed a total shoulder replacement. Over the following 8 weeks and 3 canceled surgeries due to UTI infections, the shoulder started to heal. Today the shoulder is perfectly fine without any surgery. She can even reach around and snap her bra closed. Other then wanting to make money for the hospital, why would they insist on putting an 87 year old through such unnecessary and traumatic surgery?

Dr. Brabender is highly recommended. Diagnosed my issue quickly. We tried a few other treatments before rushing into surgery. Surgery was all and all pretty easy, and recovery was just as I was told. He has a great bedside manner, and explains everything easily to understand.

Dr Brabender operates on me about 12 months ago. He replaced my left shoulder and I could not be more pleased. After 3 to 4 months I was back to normal with minimal soreness. As far as I am concerned I would go no where else. He is the best never rushes you. Thank you. Doug

I admit, I was scared hearing that I needed a surgery. I never had a surgery ever but Dr. Brabender and his amazing staff made it quick, easy and even explained stuff when I didn't understand. Dr. Brabender explained that I had 2 options to heal my broken bones, and described the pro's and con's of each option truthfully. He allowed me time to decide which option I wanted and treated me as if I was one of his family members. His surgery had me back to normal within a month. Best experience I ever had with a doctor or any doctor office before. I refer him to family & friends when needed.

Early on this doctor was involved, personable and caring. His surgery was well done. That is the only positive I can relate. As time went on (12 to 18 months later) he became moody, argumentative and abrupt. Most of my contact was with his PA, and she did most of the work. I lost all confidence and refused to return for follow up. It's been seven months and I have never been contacted to follow up as to why I have not returned. I have since been seeing another doctor.

I'm having my third surgery with Dr. B soon, he's fantastic. Excellent bedside manner. I have no worries under his care.
