Dr. Robert Francis Carter, MD

This garbage doctor misdiagnosed me by shoving a huge needle with a cortisone shot right where I fractured my femur. He said it was bursitis. What a piece of crap of a doc.

I absolute love Dr. Carter. He has performed two of my surgeries. His expertise at his work is wonderful. A very kind, honest and supportive doctor.

Dr. Carter is amazing! He listens, and isn't quick to cut which is a rare thing in an orthopedic surgery office. I was taken in shortly after finishing my paperwork, and wasn't forced to wait an excessive amount of time. The staff at the front desk was helpful, and his assistant was sweet. Overall an excellent experience!

After seeing several doctors who have ignored my complaints over the past couple of years, it feels so wonderful to be walking up and down stairs today, virtually pain free, thanks to ProHealth's Dr. Robert Carter. I hope to be able to work out as much this winter as I do every summer, and perhaps I can break out of this horrible cycle that most of us struggle with. Better living through chemistry!!

Excellent Dr.- Kind, compassionate, professional. Courteous staff-He operated on my ankle in 2011(metal plate and screws). Haven't had one bit of trouble with it. I highly recommend Dr. Carter.

After I was prepped for surgery he told me that he couldn't perform the surgery because he didn't realize how complicated it was and I was sent home.

Dr. was reassuring, patient, and most important accurate.After breaking my ankle, Dr. Carter operated, and put a metal plate and 6 screws in my ankle. After a year, I have no resiual pain or swelling. I recommend Dr. Carter to anyone who unfortunately needs to go to an Orthopedic surgeon. He's the best !
