Dr. Robert Wing Chan, MD

This doctor attends many nursing facilities, but never shows up to see patients even when they are in hospital.

I have found that Doctor Chan is a professional doctor who has great empathy for his patients. He is knowledge of medical procedures and updates himself regularly. He is proactive in his treatment of patients

Dr. Robert Chan is an excellent doctor. I've been going there for years,my mother has seen him for years as well. The only issue is his secretary's. They are rude, and usually don't know what they are doing. They hang up on you when you call or just leave you on hold untill you hang up. This review is for the lady at the Alhambra office.

Dr. Chan has been my family doctor for years that he has come to know my family very well. Most of my problems are taken care of after first visits. Unlike other places that take weeks to get an appointment, i can usually go see him within 1-2 day notice (sometimes same day). Some doctors are ready to move on to the next patient as soon as they sit down with you; Dr. Chan has never done that to my family. In a health care system that has taken a model of an assembly line, it is good to have a skilled doctor who is willing to spend time with you and remembers your family's history, medical or not.
