Dr. Robert T Ching, DO

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT DR. CHING. HE HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME GREAT.

Dr. Ching spent more than ample time with me, and explained everything to me and my family. He answered ALL of our questions without hesitation, and made sure we understood the plan of care. I would trust Dr. Ching with any of my family, he is so amazing and compassionate. Finally, a doctor that really cares! Staff was courteous and upbeat, and always willing to help me. Facility is beautiful, and they even serve fresh coffee and cookies each morning. It was so comfortable, it was like waiting to see my doctor in my own living room!! Awesome!

I think Dr. Ching is a fine doctor, but his office staff is incompetent. They're lazy, unknowledgeable, and unwilling to assist patients in the care needed. Here's one example of laziness. The male nurse was asked to do a urine exam on me; I gave him a urine sample and he neglected to collect it so I had to do it again the next time I visited. Most recently, I didn't blood pressure med, and the incompetent, uncaring office staffer refused to follow up. No one returned my phone calls, no one made sure I got a very important med as I was running out...I'll never return to his office again. With treatment like this, I might as well save my health insurance premiums and go to a discount community heath facility!

My entire family goes to Dr. Ching. He is an excellent Doctor and spends the necessary time with each of us everytime. He has assisted me several times with illness and other tough issues I have gone through. Dr. Ching is the best Doctor I have been to in twenty years.

I have not seen a doctor as caring as Dr. Ching since my childhood. I have alot of health issues that other doctors would never treat or even do anything about. When I switched to Dr. Ching I was expecting pretty much the same from him. I was very pleasantly surprised. He took time to truely talk to me and hear my concerns about my health and the care I had been receiving. He answered my questions and even gave me better information than I had about the issues I was dealing with. He immediately took the time to research the top priority health issue I had and kept working on it until we figured out what the propblem was (I have chronic pancreatits). He stuck with me every step of the way during my hospital emergencies and helped to locate me the specialists I needed. But he didn't stop there, he followed thru with me and the specialists to make sure I was getting the care I needed. I have been with Dr. Ching for over a year now and he has been a truely wonderful doctor who… cares about his patients and tries his hardest to make their lives better.
