Dr. Robert James Dausch, MD

I come in for a follow up after a Er visit 2 days prior from a serious UTI that was no better. Still the symptoms after on antibiotics was not improving, still with fever, vomiting, headache, pain in the stomach and back. He goes and tells me that NONE of this is symptoms of a A UTI. I showed him the results from the Er that even showed Positive and with Blood in the urine and he said this is a lie, I don't believe it. Your urine results look normal, I literally looked at him and said WHAT QUACK Dr school did you go to get your medical license because clearly you need to go back. Obviously you graduated at the bottom of your class. He than went and said to me how do you know it's a UTI, I told him this is NOT MY FIRST RODEO, I deal with them all the time. I had to beg for him to presibe me another antibiotic. This Dr seriously should not be practicing.

Not friendly, doesn't bother to even fake interest or concern for client, poor knowledge base. Left the room and I wasn't sure if my appointment was over.

My personal experience with Dr. Dausch was poor. I feel he did not communicate with me about his findings. If he diagnoses a patient (me) I should be well aware of it. There should also be a plan of care given to the patient. I was not satisfied with the care, or lack of care I received from this provider.

I left my appointment with Dr. Dausch feeling like my concerns were not addressed and that he had no interest in solving my health problems. At one point during my appointment I asked about a sudden onset of fatigue and he said "Well, that's just normal life stuff..." as he was walking out the door. I wasn't sure if he was coming back since he left in the middle of the conversation, but nope, I guess I don't even get a "goodbye". Will not return.

New dr for me. Impressive knowledge base. Very clinical and on task. Gets right to the facts

I am a relatively new patient and really appreciate his straightforward approach.

He was patient and thorough. (Now working at Patient First ) Asked good questions and was personable.

I encountered this so called medical doctor at patient first. He is a quack!!! Stay clear! Wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment. Another doctor had to straighten out my diagnosis and treatment. Rude and Unprofessional, doesn't know the difference between severe bronchitis and seasonal allergies. This physician needs to go back to medical school, have compassion to listen to his patients and their symptoms with respect instead of know it all attitude, or better yet choose another line for a profession.

This doctor mailed me incorrect information and told me to take the pills he prescribed or else I'd die. When I tried to talk with him about the inaccuracy of his information I called him 5 times and he never returned my calls. I did not need this medicine and it has caused very serious problems for me and I now have another doctor trying to fixed his mistakes.
