I had ovarian cysts that were twisting my tubes. I was in excruciating pain and rushed into surgery. Dr. Dean was my surgeon, my cyst was the 2nd largest he had removed in his career. My scars were so tiny I healed so well. My Ovaries were saved as well. I was so happy I kept him as my GYN. Over the years I saw less of him and now his office is partnered with South Nassau. I always see his associate now, which i'm not thrilled about. And the wait in the office is long.

Dr dean is wonderful! Always takes time to answer all my questions and concerns..pleasant anytime I have been to his office.

when i gave birth to my son, i am truly glad Dr. Dean was my doctor. he kept everyone calm and did a wonderful job.

Dr. Dean was absolutely incredible. He put me at ease throughout my visit!

He was the on call doctor during my delivery too. After the nurses turned down my epidural had me start pushing, he came in, said I wasn't ready to deliver and left the hospital all together! After waiting for about an hour and a half through excruciating pain for my regular doctor to get her family together on her off day so that so my baby could be delivered, he came back in after my child was born and started yelling at and bullying the nurse!!! The nurse was so mortified she started messing everything up that he was telling her to do, which in run made him more nasty! Do to his long and harsh internal exam, I didn't even get to see my newborn for the first time until about 10 after I had delivered. What a rotten guy.

This is a great doctor. I have traveled with him as my doctor through 3 different office locations, and he has delivered all 3 of my children at 2 different hospitals. He followed-up with me for every one, In all my years as a patient I only had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my appointment once- and that was because he had an emergency, and was there within the hour. I have recommended him to several of my colleagues and friends also, who are happy with his services.

He was the on call doctor at the hospital when I went into labor. He hardly spent anytime with me & was very impatient with me that my labor was not progressing as fast as he wanted it to & was ready to send me home even though I was in labor, dilating & having contractions. He checked on me three times during my 13 hours of labor & delivery, two of the times the nurses had to track him down. I had to wait much longer than I should have had to for my epidural because of this. Then when it was time to deliver my son he left the room, telling the nurses he'd be outside! The nurse helped me deliver my son more than he did. He walked in the room for my final three pushes & caught the baby. I looked at him & made sure to say "thanks for not sending me home". He is a very arrogant man, very rude & couldn't care less about his patients. Thank god he's not my regular doctor because if he was I'd find a new one.

he was a covering Dr. for my doctor's practice. I was admitted with contractions. He was the most obnoxious, rude, and arrogant dr. ever. He hurt me so much during 2 internal exams, I am still sore...and didn't really care much about what was happening. When I do go into real labor, I will make sure he is not delivering me.

My wife was having a cesarean section done, I never met such a rude physician in my professional career. He literally hit his assistant physician, was demeaning and condescending. This type of behavior is childish, immature and deserves a work place law suit. My wife couldn't believe what I had seen.
