Dr.Duarte is no good at all he should be fired and in jail I heard how he talks to patients saying that he up the dose another time I was in his office and he said that he wasn’t there to see one of his patients to the staff that was a lie he always up the dose can’t be bothered with his patients always in a rush careless with scripts also with his work in general its a laugh how he got five stars I would never recommend this lousy doctor to anyone the reason why I am not his patient anymore is because I moved out of state and found a better doctor once I moved

No compassion,didn’t seem awake half the time,and very little knowledge. don’t let this Dr. waste your time,aside from a misdiagnosis as was in my case! Many others I have found out have had similar if not worse experiences.

Not real interested in solving underlying issues had trigger point injections I could have done better myself. Scheduled appointment and was not even in the building .avoid at any cost

This doctor isn’t anything but a phony all he does is give you pills all the time if it doesn’t work then the pill goes up a dose also the nerve blocks are done lousy the scripts get written wrong too Dr. Duarte should be fired because he is so careless the way he treats people that are in pain Karama will come to him one day

I don’t even get to seen this doctor. Usually see a nurse practitioner who doesn’t prescribe anything. He’s always ‘away.’ I have chronic pain and was diagnosed over a decade ago. I saw other pain management doctors and they prescribed me pain medication that actually helped relieve my agony. With him? Muscle relaxers. They do nothing. I’ve told him and he says he’ll keep upping it. It’s like taking a sugar pill. I’m tired of it. Basically treats me like a hypochondriac. Seeing a different doctor soon. Goodbye!

Terrible Doctor. No compassion at all. Doesn't care if patient is suffering!

Like others have said, Having and MD at the end of your name in no way means anything! I have serious pain. He could see that but told me to take antidepressants! Is he kidding me? He is a cold hearted......... Find a Dr with compassion because he has none!

i went to this doctor for pain management for back pain that was so bad i couldnt do every day functions, he never sent me for any tests he gave me a RX for pain meds and a whole bunch of muscle relaxants, obciously the pain meds helped because they are pain meds lol! well i would go to him every month and get my medications. this doctor got me hooked on pain medications and then he would lose his patience when i was trying to come off and i was having withdrawals. he had no compassion NOTHING!! he said "yah you wont feel well for a couple of days but then you will be fine" well easier said then DONE! after that i was in tears i wanted to be off th is medicine and i wanted to do it the "right way" well im glad to say that i found a doctor who saw me right away and helped me get off the right way he was compassionate and had ALOT of patience with me. and im happy to say that im off the pain medication and feel like a million bucks! long story short do not go to this doctor you will… wait months for an appointment for him to give you pain pills and tell you to come in every month so he can bill you so you can get your pain medication and when your ready to get off he just ditches you. dont go to him. please!! he deserves ZERO stars. also he is unprofessional he treats everyone who comes in for pain like they are drug seeking individuals and treat them like they already have a problem when all they are looking for his pain relief.

Dr Duarte is a good pain management specialist. He doesn't aromatically box you in with a quick diagnosis and works hard to get the most information about you and your family history! He is very pleasant and tries to look into each individual case.

Efficiently run office, curteous staff. Taken in at appointment time. Dr has wonderful "bedside manner". I had been in pain for so long......I was looking for pain relief not neccessarily pain pills.That's what I got. After so long, today is day 2 and I'm feeling considerably better. After seeing so many doctors over the years it's truel incredible. I had given up hope. Go see him, you won't be sorry.
