Dr. Robert Allan Gatlin, MD

Been coming here for 10 years I love the doctor and nurses. Front stuff is nice but sometimes they do get frustrated when its busy. still i love this practice. Dr. Gatlin listens to every concern I have.

Dr. Gatlin is always in a rush to get out of the room and get through procedures. He provides incorrect information about medications and doesn’t take his patients’ feelings seriously. I don’t trust that he can do his job thoroughly anymore and have switched doctors to make sure i’m getting the care i need.

I arrived at my doctors appointment today a few minutes before 2 pm. 2pm was my scheduled time to be here. It is now 3:10 pm and the the person that took my vitals just came to the door and told me that somebody would see me in a few. I just want to leave. Now I’m behind ion my schedule of cooking dinner, checking childs online quizzes and a theocratic meeting @ 7pm. I would leave if I wasn’t in so much pain because I have a fibroid.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. This doctor and office are not up to par, not even for Vegas

I don't even know where to begin. To say my experience with this doctor has been the most awful experience with a doctor I've ever had would be an understatement. I came in for a colonoscopy. I was scared and confused about why I needed one in the first place, because they never really explained it. I had a lot of questions but instead of listening to my concerns and answering my questions, he came in the room and immediately started the procedure. He answered the questions WHILE he was doing the procedures which is so unacceptable to me. When I started crying because I was confused and uncomfortable he told me that it's not even painful (mind you, he is a male so how exactly would he know) and basically acted like he didn't care at all about how I was feeling. To top it off, when I was done with the procedure I went to the front and I asked one of the women at the desk if she could mail me a physical copy of my results and she acted like I was such a bother to her. Literally… every single time I've asked her a question she's incredibly rude and acts like she doesn't want to be bothered. Unsurprisingly, I never received a copy of the results I asked for. I will never, ever go back to that office. Trust me, it's not worth going here.

I’ve been an RN for 35 years and Dr Gatlin has been my Gyn for past few years. I’ve had cervical cancer in the past that many MDs missed in the past and he picked up abnormal cells starting again and did the colposcopy biopsies and scraping and I told him that was all so painful before but when he did those tests he explained was quick and not painful. Afterwords he came back in by himself to see how I was and talked about things. I really like him. I’ve never waited long and if I ever did wait I’m sure he was taking time or speaking w a patient. I tend to worry about the treatment of the on time 10 minute dr. I’ve never had problems w his staff. They have always been nice but busy w everything u have to schedule and then call insurance for approval. If your in a rush just ask for the 10 minute dr and at 26 your cancer may be over looked for 4 years like mine was. This Dr is good . I’ve seen bad Drs in the hospital. Ty Gretchen Breeden

Had a seizure in the Hospital, his response "I've seen worse." I bet you have doctor. Thanks for the "great" care.

This doctor spends very little time with patients. Does not like to discuss anything with a patient. I had surgery and at my 4 week follow-up when I told him about a problem I was experiencing, he examined me quite forcefully and said I was fine. When I got up from the table, I saw fresh blood on the table. He had popped a stitch and said nothing, I left the office and decided I would never go back to this person again.

They don't even deserve 1 star they are the worst people. They are not there to help you or make you feel comfortable. Rudest office Staff and dr.

Terrible service! Would not recommend him to anyone. Office manager is the worst and rude does not know how to communicate professional. She isn't there to help anyone. I went to him cause my doctor stop taking my insurance for a short while, they claimed that they were preferred provider a year and a half later come to find out they aren't. Now they are saying I owe them. Also on top of it all they took my ultrasound pictures that I had gotten done at Steinberg and refused to give them back to me.
