Dr. Robert Jeffrey Henderson, DO

All I can say is this DO didn’t want to see me ! Long story I will make it short... but if you want a Do not a MD that won’t see you and cancels appointments and has a hen pecking office staff and his main nurse with cruel strife with the patients and talks about your personal info infront of all the patients also in public & in the office and behind your back also your medical info and whispers about the way your dressed and weight will be on the street in the gossip circle before he will see you ....because the hen pecking in and out of the office is bad I found out more info about my health records and my clothes from the gossip though his staff telling family members and friends. The main problem is wrong dozes on medicine and wrong dates to be filled , to high of milligrams on medication, Henderson will not send you to a specialist if needed that’s to much work . He’s wrote prescription wrong I have all my old bottles to prove it . He’s a nice guy but charms you then harms… you. He put me on a medication that should be only given for two weeks he gave me this drug for seven years . The MD and rehabs were shocked and said this DR -DO needs a lawsuit and get a lawsuit . I could have died when I tried finding another DO thank the lord for csb for helping me and I will have to be in a rehab for six months. A DR holds the responsibility for you life! Fact also read your records the Er wrote down rib pain when I was having a stroke they sent me home my heart went off with the monitor all night I didn’t hear it . It said critical go to the ER ASAP the next day I got my records in Roanoke I almost died now Lewis gale says slightl mummers irregular heart beat . I want to have a talk to the nice administrator that told me to call him but my lawyer said no. I’m just saying DO Hendeson is in a rush and writes the wrong dozes and names on my scripts that I saved . I’m glad I did because he is playing the blame game on me when it was his fault. Henderson talked to me about Dr Lewis ! I said Dr Lewis always gave me drug test on time never jus called scripts in he had to see me every three months always more if I was sick and I trusted Lewis more than Henderson. Not but a few times did Henderson check my heart ,ears ,eyes and throat that is usually the norm. Please be careful with this DO charm and harm you!

I am pulling all of my kids out of Dr. Henderson's practice. Even though we have found him to be competent on some issues (he diagnosed our infant daughter's hernia), he has been way off on others (he misdiagnosed her extreme eczema). The real reason we're seeking care elsewhere is his accessibility (or lack thereof, really). Twice now, I brought a sick child to his clinic and he blew us off both times. I understand being busy. I understand having to work someone in between appointments, but to tell a mom with a sick child that you're too busy to treat that child is wrong. Especially considering that his receptionist had just told me he didn't have any bookings for the next hour. Seriously? No thank you, Dr. Henderson. I'll take my five children and my money elsewhere.

My experience with dr r j henderson was one of the best i have ever had with any dr in my 70 years...he was caring...he listened to me...he understood my condition...he gave excellant advice based...i am very happy to have found a physician i can rely on 100 percent...
