Dr. Robert Beck Kroopnick, MD

8 minutes ago I am not a patient of Dr. Kroopnick but my husband is. I have had reservations about my husband seeing this doctor for many years. My husband has to call multiple times prior to getting any response from his staff with questions, appointments or prescriptions. When he finally does get an appointment he has waited up to three hours prior to being seen by the doctor. What is the sense of having an appointment? This is a private doctor not a clinic and this is completely unacceptable. There is no follow through with this doctor to my husband with important questions concerning his health and the appropriate recommendations for tests are never given. The final straw for me was when I needed to pick something up from the front desk for my husband. When I arrived of course it was not there and the very rude and incompetent person at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. She called someone from the back who asked if there was something left for my husband and… this person yelled from the back of the office my husband's name and very sensitive medical information that could be heard by everyone. This is a gross HIPAA violation and I will be filing a formal complaint. They never followed up with my husband, and so my husband never received what he needed. They also have the audacity to charge $30 a year for administrative purposes. This doctor may be a nice person but I would much rather my husband have a competent doctor with a competent staff.

Dr. Kroopnick is very caring and knowledgeable. He has great bedside manner and is very thorough when examining you.

I have been with Dr. K for over 40 years I love the way he takes care of me and all of my love ones

I have complained numerous times of the reception of Angela and I see nothing has been done. I still have to deal with the cold or no greeting from her. This type of attitude needs to be behind close doors and not relating to the patients. The other staff have their moments but we all do. Angela's disposition is the same always. No personality to deal with sick people!

You may have to wait awhile to see Dr. Kroopnick but it is worth every minute. I have been seeing him since he began his pratice. He will be unreplacable when he retires. I dread the day. When the other doctor I had seen for years could not make me well, Dr. Kroopnick did in a very shorth period of time. He is the best to entrust your health care to.

Takes the time to listen Sometime the wait time is a little long but once you are with Dr. Robert Kroopnick you will see why. He takes the time to listen, run tests or any thing else that may be needed. Dr.Kroopnick doesn't just hand you a script and send you on your way. If you ask for a specific medicine and he doesn't believe it's the best for you he will tell you and give you what is best for you.
