Dr. Robert Arne Lada, MD

Dr. Lada is a very pleasant Dr. but if you have neuropathy issues then he may not be the one for you. His nurse message recording states ' phone calls will be returned within 24 to 48 hours'. Well, i had called three times and left three messages in regards to my neuropathy. I received no phone calls back. The last message i left 'if my messages are not returned then i will be seeking another Doctor'. I still never received any messages back. So now i'm searching for any Doctors who have experience with neuropathy. I will not be returning back to Dr. Lada's office - it's been over 2 weeks and still no phone call back.

I believe the care given by Dr Lada is sincere. He and his team worked together to treat me. Scary diagnosis but he was supportive.

Dr Lada assured me he could care for me after having been diagnosed with an unfavorable autoimmune disease. He did not care for my health or was he even available to see me while I was his patient. The consequence of selecting to trust him for my health care needs, he canceled appointments and was not be available for that year. I lost full use of my lower extremities and no care which he specialized in was performed.

I believe in the care Dr Lada and his staff delivered. He is very caring and a good teacher. Thank you for taking the time to help me understand my diagnosis.
