Dr. Robert Michael Loper, MD

Dr. Loper was hightly recommeded to me by a friend. But my expereince with him was not good. My sinuses stay stopped up. And now I have vertigo. In and out of his office in 15 or 20 minutes. Looked in my ears and gave me a hearing test. Told me he could not find anything. I would never recommend him. Waste of time and money.

I have struggled with vertigo for over a week. Dr. Loper was recommended to me by a neighbor. They were so kind in getting me in as soon as possible. From the greeting, to filling out the forms as a first time patient, to their promptness in taking me back at my appointment time, to the time spent with Dr. Loper, it all was exceptional. Dr. Loper is a good listener, he asked some good questions, and was able to diagnose what is causing the vertigo and the steps to healing. His bedside manner is in the top 1% of doctors I've seen throughout my life. Thank you to Dr. Loper and team.

I overpaid $452.93 but the office will not give me back my cash because they do not like how the insurance paid them but that is not my problem they are under contract with the carrier and are not allowed to bill me the difference.

Dr Loper spent quality time with me and left me feeling engaged and cared for. He solved my present problem and i would definitely return.

The appointment was rushed; They tried to send me out the door without having my issue with my ears addressed. Then when I brought it to their attention and got to see the doctor, he basically told me that I never had an infection and it was most likely intramuscular. Then when I went back to my PCP, I was told I had a bulging ear drum.....wow how did he miss that! He didn't want to recheck me after he really didn't check my ears in the first place. Very disappointed in my care, I really needed some help.

Do not waste your time. He doesn't listen well and when you try to explain yourself, he calls you a "know-it-all". Enough said.
