The staff is Rude, rude and more rude. Wife in agony with back pain, none moved. Only asked for appointment. Since we did not have one, they refused service. Gave my wife a prescription without seeing her

My name is P. Scott Becker, MD. I am a neurologist with Riverhills Healthcare in Cincinnati Ohio/north ern Kentucky. I trained at Northwestern and Johns Hopkins. I am not a patient of Dr. McShane. But I was his pledge father at Sigma Alpha Epsilon in college. In my opinion, he is a “first-rate” doctor and human being. You could not be in better hands!

Excellent surgeon and great bedside manner and all around great personality. He did a great job on my Mom's total hip replacement. Very kind, gentle and really concerned and caring about his patients care and recovery. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr McShane is the best Ortho...just the best !! All of my friends and neighbors who have been treated by him feel exactly the same. Titusville is very fortunate to have a Doctor of his exceptional caliber.

Did hip replacement on my Mom. Great job, great personality and bedside manner. Explains things so you understand them. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. McShane performed my hand surgery for me after I sustained a bad injury in an auto accident. Despite severe damage that other surgeons refused to take on, he restored the use of my hand to normal again. Forever indebted!

This man diagnosed my disabled husband to "full duty" upon a 10 minutes minimal assessment that involved him barely making eye contact with my husband.

Bone was fractured twice. He only treated one. Mentioned the other break 4 weeks after initial break. Took 2 days to get appt scheduled only after several phone calls. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend to any one. Go to Jewett! Or Jewett urgent care if good ortho care is needed! Dr McShane doesn't have to live with my daily pain.

I would not choose this DR again. He took only part of the arthritis away and I am left with a hand that is with pain and not usable
