Dr. Robert E Noh, MD

A good doctor turned bad. This used to be a good practice before it was bought by Hackensack-Meridian Health System. The office is not organized at all. They call 10-12 patients at the same time and make them wait for more than an hour sometimes just for a few minute long visit. They call patients ahead of your turn even when there is no emergency with them. They make you sit in the suffocating exam room for a long time with a fear of inhaling viruses and bacteria from previous patient breathing and coughing and sneezing in the room that does not have good ventilation. Doctor, nurse and some receptionists do not wear mask all the time. Few patients in the waiting room also took their masks off and the staff would not tell them to put it on even when she saw them sitting without the mask. This is very unsafe especially from the coronavirus point of view. The nurse just does not care how long you have been waiting for; no apology either for long wait. They do not value your… time; they give same appointment time slot to 10 patients!! Dr. Noh is soft spoken, knowledgeable, and good doctor if you get to see him. There is nothing wrong in being a PA but the assistants they are. When you make an appointment to see Dr. Noh, you expect to see a well-trained, experienced, specialist urologist but sometimes end up seeing his PA – that is not the same thing or else the PA could run the whole practice and why anyone would need to go medical school and long training to be a urologist! As of now, a good doctor Noh is caught up in a bad hospital system – so called Hackensack-Meridian Health System of NJ. I wish, someday, the doctor goes back to his independent practice.

Dr. Noh and his stuff are really doing a great job. Dr. Noh did a good job on my prostate along with assistance Gurpreet and Carianne the nurse was very helpful each and everytime i had appointments, the girls at the front desk also doing a great job. I have prostate BPH problem and have concerns about surgery procedure. Dr. Noh clearly explained the detail of the TURP procedure to me. He is very professional and kind doctor. I went to other urologists, but no one answered my questions clearly as Dr. Noh did. I am luck to have Dr. Noh as my urologist.

I was a patient of Dr Pyo who moved away I called to get an appointment I was told I couldn’t get the. I was specifically called back and told there was a cancellation and was given one for today at 11:30, I call up and no one has a record of me at all. Total disorganized staff and no one has a clue. Stay away

So happy I switched urologist. Dr.Noh and staff go above and beyond!

I had my first visit with Dr.Noh and in my 57 years of life ,have never met a doctor like him! He is compassionate,he listens,extremely insightful and knowledgeable and it is obvious he loves what he does. And to add that the staff he has is just as nice as he is!

Was to see doc first time,PA came in very nice doc for a few minutes that’s it.

Was in last week and worst office visit ever! Did not care whatsoever, follow up is AWFUL still waiting for calls back

Doctor Noh is like none of the rest !He actually cares about his patients, he spends a lot of time,therefore any wait is worth it.You wont be disappointed. His office is clean and staff super sweet and professional. Would recommend highly to anyone!
