This was the rudest group of people that I have ever encountered. Dr. Phillips treats without considering a patient's history. He caused extreme concern for our family. The weeks of anxiety that we experienced were totally unnecessary. He is not a professional. If he had consulted the referring physician, he would have realized that his "inferred" diagnosis (based on one visit) was a HUGE mistake!! Please do not risk the ordeal that we underwent. Go somewhere-anywhere-else!

Dr.Phillips has been my Dr. for about 16 years. He will do everything he can to help you. Yes there is a wait time to see him but not any worse than any other doctor.

Dr. Phillips has a very calm and caring demeanor. He accurately diagnosed my Rheumatoid Arthritis and has been treating me for moderate to severe RA for many years. My flare-ups have reduced significantly as a result and I can function better than ever! THANK YOU, Dr. Phillips!

The waiting time is a nite mare..at least an hour or longer...find a different rheumy.

I'm recently diagnosed with R.A. and Dr. Phillips has been very patient with me so far. I'm always complaining of side effects with my medications and he has been very patient with me so far. He treated my husband, who I made come in the room with me, like he was part of the conversation. I have been to the worst of the worst when it comes to doctors with bedside manner so to find a specialist that is caring has been a godsend

I have been with Dr Macon for over 25 years. I have 9 types or arthritis and he has been a great help in keeping me on my feet. I am a disabled vet since 71 and could not stay on my feet for 15 min when I started with him. Within a few months I was walking better. Also, I give GOD the credit in giving Dr Macon his knowledge to help people.

Dr. Phillips is one of the most caring & thorough physicians I have ever met. He takes time to answer my questions/concerns, and is very kind.I have a rare autoimmune disease called Wegener's Granulomatosis. I was misdiagnosed for over a year by other doctors. My health had deteriorated to the point that I was in a wheelchair, unable to walk. I was also in excruciating pain. Dr. Phillips diagnosed my disease through blood test & immediately started me on medications. Within a few days I was walking again & the pain had gone away. He is still working hard to get this disease into remission, and get me back to normal.I do not believe I would be alive today if it were not for the help of God & Dr. Phillips. I Highly Recommend Dr. Phillips to everyone in need of a qualified, caring phyician.

Dr Phillips is a very thorough doctor and is truly concerned about your pain levels and how he can help you. Have been going to him for 15 years. Don't believe I could find a better doctor
