Dr. Robert Timothy Radel

I would not recommend Dr.Redel To anyone that has any Fear or anxiety about having a root canal done. He barely spoke to me. While he was working on my root canal, he never spoke to me even when I had noticeable pain he made the pain go away, but he never said a word to me. Such as are you OK. I didn’t want to have a conversation with my mouth full of tools, but a little compassion goes a long way, I hope he is really good at his job and that my tooth is in excellent shape. So far so good.

There is good, bad and NO BEDSIDE MANNER. He definitely has NO BEDSIDE MANNER! Sat in that chair for 45 minutes for a root canal and never said anything about what he was doing during the procedure. Never asked if I was okay. Drills were going… tears running down my face! Dental assistant never said a word during procedure either . When it was as over, jaw was stiff and very sore. After he was done he said “follow up” with my general dentist. That was it! No compassion or communication with me. Awful experience will never go back!

The staff was friendly, the office was inviting. Dr. Radel was efficient but not very communicative. Watch out for surprise charges for diagnostic services not covered by insurance and not discussed up-front.

Outstanding experience. Dr. Radel made the experience pain free.
