When a patient admits to having one or more previous procedures and asks a doctor to fix what has already been a disaster, that patient cannot expect perfection because it is a "salvage" procedure. Also, be wary when a patient bad-mouths every physician - perhaps the problem is with the patient and not the physician!

The two positive reviews must have come from the doctor's staff!! This guy has no business performing plastic surgery!! My wife was once a very beautiful woman. He destroyed her nose and stomach! This jerk extracted a hip bone and inserted it in my wife's nose; she looked deformed! He has left her unrecognizable! There is a very visible indent on her hip! She developed a major staph infection and needed an additional eight corrective surgeries! This guy also wouldn't refund her money! He should have his license revoked!! Shame on you Dr Reiffel, you are old and washed up!

This doctor's work is HORRENDOUS and overrated. If you are a multiple nasal revision patient, be warned. He removed half my nose and I looked inhuman! No matter how ugly he makes you look, he will say it is an improvement. THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! Stay FAR away, he is money hungry and negligent.

when i was 14 i had a nose job. a doctor offered to fix my septum and for 1000 dollars he'd "file the bump out of my nose". well he did an awful job, and when the bandages came off he called his "friend" dr. reiffel fix my nose. dr. reiffel did an equally horrible job (though he did do everything for free to save his friend the bad press and med mal suit)its 15 years later, and I still can't breath through my nose and i hate having my picture taken. i was taken atvantage of as a child who wanted to be pretty. i worked my first job for the 1000 dollars. yes ladies and gentlemen a young girl's life was ruined for 1000 dollars. to this day, someone should have said it was a bad idea.. but no...
