Dr. Robert Spencer Renouard, MD

Dr. Renouard is an excellent Urologist. He and his staff have always been very professional and always answered any questions I have had. If you don't like Dr. Renouard then you need to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist.

Have had issues over the past three years with Kidney Stones...Dr. Renouard has handled with ease!

He talked me into letting him do a surgery on me and it was something my gynecologist was working with me on, but he insisted and I trusted him. He ruined me for life!!! Do not go to this doctor

Awesome Doctor, very professional and an awesome bedside manner. Does not talk down to you, but speaks in a manner that is easy to understand.

I think Dr Renouard is an awesome urologist. He does seriously know his stuff. He helps get tests ordered same day so I don't have to make another special trip. Gets my procedures done quickly. He is caring and wants to make sure you as comfortable as possible during and after the procedures. Love his nurses and assistants, but whoever answers the phone in main office needs a couple of customer service classes.

He has been my Dr since my early 20s, which were many years ago. I have always been more than impressed with him. Due to my amazing luck, I have not needed a urologist for about two years until today so after scheduling my appointment, as i always do, I did a google search. I was surprised to find he only had 3 out of 4 stars. I have experienced the rude office staff before. However, i also have found his staff to be kind and helpful. I will say, after taking my daughter to him a few years ago, I felt like he was extremely annoyed by my 4 yr olds emotional breakdown during our visit and decided he may not be right for her. Still, i am impressed with him and trustful of him. It always blows my mind to read reviews. Some Drs really are sorry and should have been plumbers, but drs are only human, just like you and I. They gather the evidence and recommend what they believe is best. When it doesn't work out 100% of the time everyone feels the need to scream and cry. As i said, it has… been a few years since seeing him so i will have to see if my opinion of him has changed but i am betting I will still be impressed by his professionalism and ability. I will let you know.

Dr. Renouard was very rude to my wife and family when reporting test results. His office workers are rude and are not willing to correct mistakes.

Office staff is the most rude of any physician office I have ever used!

Dr. Renouard is a wonderful physician and treats his patients as if they were his family. He has been seeing me for the last 6 years. He always makes time to see me and does a complete work up and evaluation before proceeding with any recommended treatment.

Dr Renouard is a brilliant doctor, highly intellectual and educated. He has been my doctor for 13 years. My case was extremely complicated, almost every other doctor had given up on diagnosing me. He not only met my medical needs but my emotional needs as well in the fact that he believed in me, encouraging me to hang in there until something was found. He cares so much about his patients that it got him in trouble with the medical board for overstepping his boundaries with a patient, encouraging his patient breastfeed her child. An unfortunate situation as it blots a brilliant doctor. As most of the truly gifted doctors do, he can come off as a little arrogant but it's because he really knows his stuff. He is not pro surgery, choosing to use it as a last resort not the first. He really is a gift to his patients. The other nurses and doctors he works with at a large Hospital have nothing but good things to say about him. I would highly recommend him for any urological problem, adult… or child!
